Dr Hoff does not currently accept insurance. However, Dr Hoff can provide a "superbill" (an itemized invoice of your physical therapy session) that you can use when requesting reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. Oftentimes, this ends up being comparable or less expensive than traditional PT clinics, when considering the deductible, coinsurance (percentage the patient is responsible for), as well as number of visits required in a busier clinic.
